Kiwi Pharmacy & Wellness (Kelowna, BC)* _Part-time | Growth-focused | Startup energy encouraged_ Kiwi Pharmacy & Wellness is a locally owned pharmacy and wellness business focused on helping people optimize their health through personalized care, preventative health strategies, supplements, skincare, hormone support, and modern wellness services. We are looking for a highly motivated, growth-oriented person to help properly launch and scale the Kiwi brand. This is not a traditional retail or receptionist role. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial energy who enjoys building systems, improving customer experience, and helping grow a modern wellness business. This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks: ?How can we make this smoother, better, more scalable, and more engaging for customers?? *What You?ll Do* This role combines elements of: * marketing * client experience * CRM management * digital operations * wellness retail * and startup-style business development Responsibilities may include: Growth & Marketing * Manage and grow social media presence * Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns * Assist with local partnerships and promotions * Help execute in-store events and wellness initiatives * Create basic content and promotional materials Client Experience & CRM * Build and manage customer follow-up systems * Support loyalty and retention initiatives * Improve client communication * Help create a premium and personalized customer experience Digital & Operational Support * Assist with website updates and online presence * Coordinate online bookings and inquiries * Help improve workflows and operational systems * Organize retail merchandising and wellness displays * Track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement *Who We?re Looking For* We care more about initiative, energy, and problem-solving ability than formal credentials alone. The ideal person is: * Entrepreneurial and self-directed * Organized and action-oriented * Comfortable with technology and modern digital tools * Interested in wellness, preventative health, fitness, skincare, or healthy aging * Creative but also operationally minded * Someone who notices problems and wants to fix them You do *not* need to be an expert in everything, but you should be excited to learn and help build something. *Experience That Would Be Helpful* * Marketing or social media experience * CRM or customer service experience (HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.) * Website platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.) * Retail, wellness, fitness, beauty, or healthcare experience * Graphic design or content creation skills * Experience working in a startup or small business environment *Position Details* * Part-time position (approximately 20?30 hours/week) * Flexible scheduling * Primarily based at Kiwi Pharmacy & Wellness in Kelowna, BC *Compensation* * Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and skillset * Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and long-term growth within the business *About Us* Kiwi Pharmacy & Wellness is part of a locally owned healthcare group focused on delivering a more personalized, proactive, and modern approach to health and wellness.
