Maintain work records and logs. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers. Perform general farm duties. Maintain quality control and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervision: More than 20 people. Type of crops: Cucumbers. Bell peppers.
