Post your jobs Post directly on Job Bank

If you’re an employer or a representative, you can sign up to post jobs directly on Job Bank whenever new hiring needs come up. Creating an account is free, and we will never charge you to advertise job postings. You’ll also get access to our automated job matching service. Over 150,000 Canadian employers choose to post directly on Job Bank.

Send us an XML feed

We want to help Canadians find all the best jobs in one place. That’s why we work with other job boards to increase the diversity and coverage of postings available through Job Bank’s website and mobile app. If your job board advertises a considerable number of job postings in Canada every month and you’d like to share them on Job Bank, you can request to send us an XML feed. Our users produce an average of 13 referrals per job posting received through a feed, or nearly 10 million referrals every year for all feeds combined.

Before you submit a request

Make sure your job board:

  • Has an active Canadian Business Number
  • Advertises real jobs currently available in Canada, submitted directly by employers
  • Is free for Canadian job seekers to use without an account
  • Can assign each posting a job title from the National Occupational Classification

Host our content Host Job Bank widgets

From job searching to career planning, Job Bank helps Canadians in the labour market with a variety of employment-related tasks. If you believe your website’s users could benefit from our services, the easiest way to connect them with us is to host one of our widgets.

Job Bank widgets are web applications you can embed on a page to provide quick access to our content from your website. We offer them free of charge for non-commercial use, and they can’t be modified without our permission. Once published, they update on their own: they don’t require any technical maintenance. Hosting our widgets doesn’t indicate any form of endorsement or approval from Job Bank or the Government of Canada.
