The Artis Paysage team, platinum winners of "GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN" 2022, is looking for new talents to start 2024. If you would like to work in Montreal or on the South Shore within a trilingual team (we speak Spanish, English and French), we would be delighted to welcome you to our team. Work locations: Montreal and Rive-Sud The Team Leader is the first person responsible for the quality of the production and the respect of the deadlines imposed by the management. To do so, he/she must carefully monitor the manufacturing process, the equipment used, the operating procedures as well as the safety and hygiene rules *Job requirements:* - Have current work permit (full time). -Proven expertise in managing landscaping teams. -Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Landscape Leader. -Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the field. -Skills in mini Excavation, paving, natural rock, concrete, irrigation, lighting, planting - Proficiency in French or English (spanish is a pus). - Have a driver's license and a car. *Working conditions:* - Employment status: indefinite seasonal, full-time or annual contract. - Weekday, stable working hours (from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm except in exceptional cases). - No mandatory weekend work. - Work-family balance. - Excellent working environment. - Competitive salary: to be discussed depending on experience.
