About the BCRCC The BCRCC is a progressive, innovative building trades union representing more than 3000 workers in BC and the Yukon, including carpenters, scaffolders and floorlayers. The BCRCC is a regional council within the Canadian District of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC). The organization is committed to employment equity, diversity and inclusion.
