The First Peoples? Cultural Foundation Administrator ensures the smooth day to day operation of the organization. Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the Executive Director, the Board, and staff.

*What You Will Do:*
*Operations and Information Flow*
* Be the first point of contact for general enquires by phone and email and refer to appropriate staff member.
* Maintain records of the Foundation in an organized way and ensures appropriate security and accessibility, retention, and destruction schedules.
* Collaborate and liaise with Information Management Information Technology and Finance service providers to ensure operational needs are met.
* Provide administrative support to staff including organizing meetings, booking travel, and conference / event registration.
* Develop and implement administrative processes to support the effective day to day operation of the organization.
* Monitor supplies, such as stationery and orders office supplies and swag from suppliers as required.
* Maintain inventory of organizational assets such as computers, printers, phones etc.
*Executive and Board Support *
* Receive and screen communications to the Executive Director and the Board, including telephone calls and e-mail messages, and exercises independent judgment to prioritize.
* Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, including financial, investment and audit reports, as directed by the Executive Director and prepares background documents as required.
* Draft correspondence, make travel arrangements for the Executive and Board; maintain appointment schedules and calendars for the Executive Director and the Board; arranges meetings and conferences, maximizing impact while ensuing value for services purchased.
