Vines&Rebar Construction Management (part of Mark Anthony Group) is a general contractor specializing in high end hospitality projects in the Okanagan Valley. We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our team in Kelowna, BC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Payroll timecard tracking & approvals
* Invoice creation for internal/external billing
* Support creation of new vendors in central payment system
* Report meeting minutes from weekly trades meetings for key projects (weekly)
* Ensure office is operational for needs of foreman/construction team members
* Support travel requirements for managers as required
* Other office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of Bookkeeping / Accounting experience in Canada
* Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to interpret financial information to inform decision-making.
* 1+ years of experience in project administration would be an asset.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience working in the construction industry is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kelowna, BC V1Y 1J1
