Luminous dental is a family owned, non-corporate clinic. and we have been serving the community for over 40 years as Dr. Gavin Chu Inc. We have recently re-branded and are expanding our team and hours of operation to serve our patients better. We have loyal long term patients and staff and a supportive environment for learning. We are currently looking for an RDH to join our team on Mondays (7:30am-4pm). ```Responsibilities``` - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions - Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment ```Requirements``` - Valid dental hygiene license in British Columbia - Proficiency in using dental office software (e.g., Power Practice) for scheduling and record keeping - Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive patient experience - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Bilingual proficiency is an asset We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental hygiene procedures and educating patients on oral health. New grads welcome. To excel in this role, you must have a valid dental hygiene license and be proficient in using dental office software such as Power Practice.
