Our Ready Refrigeration team is expanding! We are now looking for a full OR part- time, driven and skilled _*Residential Comfort Advisor, *_based in Cape Breton, to join our team.
As an experienced sales professional, you will thrive on seeking out and delivering outcomes to a varied client base working towards achieving personal targets.
Your territory will cover HRM with the opportunity expand. We're looking for someone vibrant and energetic, who understands commitment, persistence and hard work are the ingredients for optimum results. Above all, a positive attitude and impeccable customer service is a MUST!
As _*Residential Sales Representative*_ your responsibilities will be:
* Responding to warm/ hot leads
* Generating residential and/or light commercial HVAC/Refrigeration projects
* Booking customer appointments
* Successfully managing the sales process: qualifying customer needs and budget, presenting appropriate solutions, negotiating, and closing new business
* Build and maintain contacts with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
* Leverage our extensive leads database whilst also adding to the database through individual prospecting.
* Identifying and calling new client opportunities to sell heating and cooling products/ solutions.
Qualifications:
* Positive personality with a genuine desire to educate with a customer-first attitude.
* Personable and professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
* Team player who can add positive energy and ideas to cultivate our company culture.
* Ability to provide sound advice through an existing knowledge of HVAC
* Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
* Proficiency using laptops and smartphone technology.
* Prior sales experience, communication skills, and a proven ability to close will be considered an asset.
