Recognized for leveraging their leadership to deliver projects. Want to join us?<br><br>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<br><ul><li>Plan and supervise the complete realization of assigned projects. For this position, managed projects typically involve moderate complexity, risks, and exposure;</li><li>Collaborate with project stakeholders to define the scope of work, expected outcomes, and requirements;</li><li>Develop and implement project realization plans;</li><li>Establish resource and budget requirements, cost estimation, and schedule;</li><li>Assess project risks, develop and implement risk mitigation plans;</li><li>Monitor project realization against established schedules and ensure timely completion;</li><li>Supervise the activities of project team members and monitor task execution;</li><li>Inform appropriate stakeholders of project status;</li><li>Ensure projects are completed within prescribed timelines, in accordance with specifications, budget, and requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental, health, and safety standards;</li><li>May engage internal or external resources to perform some of the aforementioned tasks, including planners, estimators, and risk analysts.</li></ul> <br> Education and Professional Experience<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, civil...) or architecture registered with the professional order, with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in the construction field.</li><li>Holding PMP certification.</li></ul>Key Skills:<br><ul><li>Bilingual in both oral and written communication (French and English).</li><li>Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, team management, and handling of complex operations.</li><li>Charismatic and pragmatic personality.</li></ul>
