Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability.
