*Responsibilities:*
1. Conduct real estate transactions with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the process.
2. Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties in the South Okanagan area, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and addressed effectively.
4. Collaborate closely with the neuHouzz Real Estate Group and industry colleagues to maximize opportunities and achieve shared goals.
5. Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices to provide informed advice and support to clients.
6. Utilize innovative marketing strategies and tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
7. Participate in networking events, community outreach activities, and professional development opportunities to expand your reach and enhance your skills.
8. Regularly attend team meetings.
9. Hold Open Houses Regularly
10. Explore the potential for a paid internship opportunity within the neuHouzz Team as you work towards your Real Estate License
*Requirements:*
1. Fluency in both English and another language (written and verbal).
2. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related fields.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
5. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in software and digital marketing tools.
6. Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
8. Valid Real Estate License in British Columbia or ability to obtain a valid British Columbia Real Estate license within the first year.
