*Job Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain accurate stock levels, optimize order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive success every day. *Responsibilities* · Receiving shipments, verifying incoming materials and inspecting damages and ensuring material meets project quality standards. · Inventory Control & Tracking: Performing regular cycle counts, auditing stock, and using software to maintain accurate records of inventory levels. · Assisting in Yard organization and housekeeping to facilitate outside and inside · Assisting in panel shop as a Jr. panel builder *Essential Skills and Qualifications:* · Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks/projects and meet deadlines. · Experience operating Forklift, · Be physically able to repeatedly stand, walk and lift/carry over 50lbs. · Ability to work in fast paced team environment. · Proficiency in using purchasing software to track and manage orders and inventory. · 3 ? 5 years? experience. · Computer skills including Microsoft Office · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills · High school diploma or equivalent · Valid class 5 driver?s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.80-$24.44 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location Winnipeg, MB
