With over 1.2 million users worldwide and operations spanning multiple countries, iTalkBB offers a diverse portfolio of services, including international home phone solutions, mobile communication apps, Chinese-language TV content, and smart home security systems. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online revenue. * Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate, engaging, and high-performing product listings. * Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and audience insights, to inform marketing strategies. * Create and manage compelling content for social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. * Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search performance. * Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager. * Support product management activities, including catalog updates, pricing strategies, and promotional planning. * Design digital assets (ads, banners, social media content) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). * Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. * Assist with marketing budget planning and tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation. *Qualifications & Experience* * Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment. * Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation. * Understanding of product management in a digital commerce setting is an asset. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * A background in Marketing through education and/or professional experience is considered an asset.
