The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $95,000 - $140,000. Job Overview The P&C and Farm Pricing team plays a key role in supporting the achievement of all Commercial P&C and Farm financial goals at Wawanesa nationally. With a strong grasp of ratemaking concepts, the Actuarial Consultant/Senior Actuarial Consultant is responsible for applying actuarial and insurance expertise to develop property and liability rating plans, enhancing segmentation, uncovering and addressing complex business problems, and collaborating with our business partners to deliver strategic priorities. Job Responsibilities Researches, extracts, and manipulates complex data from relevant sources, and assesses data quality.Supports the business and overall team by performing analyses/reviews and completing ad-hoc requests/special projects in a timely manner with minimal support from peers and leaders.Leverages internal and external data and insights to design rate review approaches that enhance pricing sophistication.Leads projects from beginning to end, including documentation of the project and implementation of final product.Builds trust and credibility with peers.
