*Overview* We are seeking dedicated and skilled Crew Members to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in hauling equipment and aggregate, contributing to the successful execution of our projects. *Duties* * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members. * Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to job sites as needed. * Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and supervisors throughout project execution. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in hauling equipment and aggregate. * Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment. * 1A License and Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. * Willingness to learn new skills related to construction techniques. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Brooksby, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Class 1 Licence (required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Brooksby, SK
