The company specializes in business planning, market entry strategies, and growth solutions for clients operating in Canada. *Main Duties* The Marketing Consultant will perform the following duties: * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services and increase brand awareness * Conduct market research to identify customer needs, target audiences, and market trends * Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market positioning * Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns through websites, search engines, email marketing, and social media platforms * Create promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, and marketing content * Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation results, and prepare reports * Recommend pricing, branding, and promotional strategies to support business growth * Coordinate community outreach, networking events, and promotional initiatives * Work with internal teams to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies * Maintain marketing schedules, budgets, and project timelines * Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management regarding marketing performance *Skills and Employment RequirementsEducation* * Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field *Experience* * Minimum *2 years of relevant experience* in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, business promotion, or related field *Required Skills* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation * Ability to analyze market data and prepare strategic recommendations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines *Contact Information* WINSUN GROUP INC.
