Project Management Subcontractor Luxbuilt Legacy Homes | Nanaimo & Central Vancouver Island Luxbuilt Legacy Homes is a growing premium remodeling and construction company specializing in high-end residential renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom remodeling projects throughout Vancouver Island. We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Project Management Subcontractor to support ongoing and upcoming residential renovation projects. This position is suited for an independent contractor who is organized, professional, solutions-oriented, and capable of coordinating projects, trades, schedules, and client communication at a high level. Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee daily project activities * Manage trade communication and scheduling * Conduct regular site walkthroughs and quality control inspections * Ensure projects remain organized, clean, and progressing efficiently * Communicate professionally with homeowners, suppliers, and subcontractors * Assist with material coordination and delivery scheduling * Track deficiencies and ensure completion of outstanding items * Provide consistent project updates and documentation Requirements * Previous construction or renovation project management experience * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to work independently and proactively * Professional appearance and conduct * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation * Must carry valid WorkSafeBC coverage * Must operate as an independent subcontractor * Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to swing a hammer What We Offer * Flexible subcontractor relationship * Opportunity for long-term ongoing work * Supportive and growth-oriented company culture * Involvement in premium residential renovation projects * Competitive compensation based on experience and value provided We are looking for the right individual to grow alongside the company and become a trusted part of our preferred project management network.
