Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Pet grooming shop. Tasks: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Clip animal nails. Clean animal ears. Bathe and shampoo animals. Resolve complaints and claims . Clean teeth.
