Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Calculate fixed assets and depreciation. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare tax returns. Prepare trial balance of books. Reconcile accounts. Work with minimal supervision. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Great Plains (GP). Tally ERP. MS Excel. SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD). MS Office. Spreadsheet. Sage Accounting Software. Equipment and machinery experience: Scanner. Area of specialization: Accounting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
