About Us We are a well established and growing automotive equipment and service company specializing in vehicle lifts, compressors, shop equipment, installations, inspections, and large-scale service projects across Canada. Our work ranges from major equipment installations to ongoing service coordination for national accounts, dealerships, and independent repair facilities. We are looking for someone extremely organized, proactive, and professional to help manage projects, coordinate customers, and keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish. Position Overview This role combines project management, customer communication, and operational coordination. You will be responsible for helping oversee ongoing projects, coordinating smaller service jobs, communicating with customers, and ensuring timelines and follow-ups stay on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage ongoing projects from scheduling through completion * Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, scheduling, timelines, and follow-ups * Coordinate smaller service jobs and repairs * Attend occasional site meetings and customer visits * Work closely with technicians, suppliers, installers, and office staff * Prepare and organize project documentation, quotations, and job information * Follow up on outstanding items, open issues, and customer requests * Help prioritize workloads and scheduling * Maintain organized records of communications, job progress, and project updates * Assist with problem solving and keeping projects moving efficiently * Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Strong communication and customer service skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Professional and confident dealing with customers, contractors, and staff * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks * Experience in project coordination, construction, service, mechanical, or industrial industries is an asset * Experience with scheduling, quotations, or service coordination is beneficial * Valid driver?s license required Preferred Traits * Self-motivated and proactive * Strong follow-through * Calm under pressure Position Details * Full-time position * Mix of office, phone, email, and occasional on-site meetings * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Pay: $59,467.66-$70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * On-site parking * Vision care Work Location: In person
