Ground Crew / Arborist Assistant *ASAP Tree & Stump Ltd.* is currently hiring a motivated and reliable *Ground Crew / Arborist Assistant* to join our team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is capable of handling physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Assist arborists with daily tree care and tree removal operations * Drag and move brush to the wood chipper * Safely feed brush and debris into the chipper * Load logs, wood, and debris into trucks and trailers * Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance * Follow all company safety procedures and policies * Operate hand tools and other equipment as required Requirements * *Valid driver's license (mandatory)* * Comfortable driving a truck and trailer on a daily basis * Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials throughout the day * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable and punctual * Previous landscaping, tree service, construction, or outdoor labour experience is considered an asset but is not required What We Offer * Competitive wages based on experience * Full-time employment * Opportunity for advancement within the company * On-the-job training * Work with modern equipment and an experienced team Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location East St. Paul, MB
