Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and commercial HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment. * Install replacement parts and components as needed. * Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance requirements to customers. * Complete service reports and work orders accurately and efficiently. * Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition. * Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience. * Valid HVAC certification/license. * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of residential HVAC systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
