We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our Residential Service, Commercial Service, and Retrofit divisions throughout the Edmonton region. What You'll Be Doing - Developing new residential and commercial service opportunities - Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners - Meeting with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and contractors - Identifying opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, equipment replacements, and retrofit projects - Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals - Following up on leads and customer inquiries - Networking within the community and industry - Managing opportunities from first conversation through project completion - Working closely with our operations and service teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences What We're Looking For - Minimum 3 years of sales experience - Experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical services, construction, facilities management, or a related industry is a must - A proven ability to build relationships and close business - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once - Comfortable working independently while being part of a team - Valid driver's licence What We Offer - Base salary plus commission - Expected earnings of $80,000 to $100,000+ annually - Vehicle allowance - Cell phone allowance - Extended health and dental benefits - Ongoing training and professional development - Opportunities for career advancement - A supportive team environment with strong operational backing The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate brings strong plumbing and HVAC industry knowledge and understands both the technical and customer sides of the business.
