In this role, you will be responsible for performing hearing evaluations, ensuring a high standard of client care, making product recommendations, ensuring product adoption through client education and training on features and maintenance, and collaborating closely with colleagues to address client concerns, maintain records, and participate in local events.</p><p>This is a <strong>permanent, full-time</strong> role and typical hours of work are <strong>Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time</strong> at our <strong>North Markham clinic</strong>. </p><p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>$70,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus program</p></li><li><p>Employer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits (starting on day one) with additional healthcare spending account</p></li><li><p>RRSP program + employer matching</p></li><li><p>Generous time off policies including attractive paid vacation programs, 7 paid personal days per year, + 1 paid volunteer day per year</p></li><li><p>Education assistance program, LinkedIn learning access, + mentorship + professional development opportunities</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations</p></li><li><p>Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients</p></li><li><p>Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist (or other provincial equivalent) or Audiology program</p></li><li><p>Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience</p></li><li><p>An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members</p></li><li><p>Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption</p></li><li><p>Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required</p></li><li><p>Bilingualism in another language is a definite asset </p></li></ul><p><strong>To join us on our journey in providing <em>Wonderful Sound for All</em>, click the "Apply Now" button!</strong></p><p></p><p><em>HearCANADA acknowledges that this posting represents a current, existing vacancy.
