Our Customer Sales Representatives also educate our customers about all program and client information and actively speak to them ensuring details are explained, giving our customers the choice of how they would like to process with transaction. Our mission is to complete and fulfil our clients budgets with quality customers.</p><p><strong><strong>Within this role you will:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service by engaging with the public through outreach activities.</li><li>Working in a fast-paced busy environment and adhering to our policies and procedures.</li><li>Input customer information into our Client App and accept payments</li><li>Share all details of program accurately</li><li>Have excellent attention to detail</li><li>Play a supporting role in educating our customers around client programs and budgets</li><li>Collaborate as part of the dynamic office team and actively seek to improve workflows and processes</li></ul><p><strong><strong>What do you need to be successful?</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections and show empathy to our customers</li><li>Student mentality and willingness to learn</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>The ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, you will pride yourself on delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service</li><li>Be resilient to a continuous changing environment</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Please Note:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Full-Time Position (Monday - Friday)</li><li>One week comprehensive paid training program</li><li>Fixed Base Salary in addition to competitive bonuses and on target earnings.</li><li>Travel Incentives</li><li>One-on-One Mentorship</li><li>Rapid company growth</li></ul><p>For more information, review our website at <span class="long-word">www.blackviperconsulting.ca</span></p><p><strong><strong>Ready to embark on this journey with us?
