Thanks to the support of our clients, referral partners, and clinical team, our Nova Scotia practice has experienced tremendous growth during its first year. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated, insightful, and compassionate therapists to join our collective group practice in Dartmouth/Halifax.We are currently recruiting Registered Social Workers (RSW) and Registered Counselling Therapists (RCT) to support the continued growth of our Nova Scotia practice. You value strong therapeutic relationships, clinical excellence, and collaboration with colleagues while maintaining the independence of private practice.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master's, doctoral, or equivalent graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another recognized mental health discipline.Professional Standing: Applicants must be registered and in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW) Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT).Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.Specialized Training (Assets): CBT, DBT, CPT, ART, EMDR, or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Technical Skills: Comfort using Google Workspace, electronic scheduling systems, virtual therapy platforms, and practice management software.Insurance: Maintain individual professional liability insurance as required by your profession and regulatory body.ABOUT YOUR COUNSELLINGFounded in Calgary, Alberta, Your Counselling has grown into a multidisciplinary practice serving clients across multiple provinces.
