Strong production support and debugging skills for AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>? Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>? Strong knowledge of AWS serverless services and observability tools (CloudWatch, logs, alerts).<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>? Handle deployment, change management, and release support.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>? Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>?
