This is your chance to combine your passion for renovation and sales in a dynamic, customer-facing role. You will be the face of our brand - guiding customers through their product selections, building long-term relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. If you're someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves helping people, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong><span class="long-word">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></strong></b></p><ul><li>Greet and assist walk-in customers, as well as handle inbound phone and email inquiries</li><li>Listen to customer project needs and recommend the right products with confidence</li><li>Generate quotes and actively follow up to convert inquiries into completed sales</li><li>Process orders and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries</li><li>Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our full product catalogue including doors, vanities, and hardware</li><li>Support showroom presentation by keeping displays organized and well-stocked</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong><span class="long-word">Skills/Experience/Knowledge:</span></strong></b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated sales experience is required - you know how to build rapport and close</li><li>Hands-on background in renovation, construction, or building materials is required</li><li>Must be able to reliably commute to our location</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>A natural problem solver who stays calm and solutions-focused under pressure</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and customer interactions simultaneously</li><li>Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to following through for every customer</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><i><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
