Experience on working under tight </span><b><span>SLAs</span></b><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Experience on </span><b><span>Incident Resolution Life Cycle</span></b><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Experience on </span><b><span>Incident Management Tool (e.g. ServiceNow)</span></b><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle vast user base and other IT stakeholders from integrating applications</span><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Ability to troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner/under the SLA timeline</span><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Ability to prioritize and multitask to be able to handle multiple production issues in parallel</span><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>? Experience on coordination with offshore resources to ensure all production issues are resolved within allowed SLA</span><br/></p><p><span>?
