Our case mix continues to shift toward high-expectation clinicians - driving a steady increase in detailed, high-value cases. We?re expanding our ceramics team to keep up - without lowering our standard. *The Role* * Crown & bridge with increasing anterior aesthetic demand * Veneers and layered ceramics where detail matters * Implant restorations requiring precision and consistency *What You?ll Do* * Fabricate ceramic restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, implants) to a refined standard * Shade match, stain, and glaze with natural, controlled results * Layer porcelain with consistent anatomy and surface detail * Maintain accuracy and quality across cases *What We?re Looking For* * 2-3+ years as a Dental Ceramist * Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of morphology/occlusion * Confident in layering, finishing, and working under volume * Detail-focused, reliable, and accountable *What You Can Expect* * Busy, stable workflow with increasing high-end case volume * A team that values precision and clean execution * Growth into more complex, aesthetic-driven work * Competitive pay based on experience *Working Interview* 2-hour in-lab assessment (one glaze, one build-up) following interview. *Apply* Apply directly through Indeed.
