We are currently seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and support our growing team. *Languages* English *Education* * College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years *Experience* 1 year to less than 2 years *On site* Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. *Work setting* * Rural area *ResponsibilitiesTasks* * Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant?s profits * Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies * Evaluate daily operations * Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget * Monitor revenues to determine labour cost * Monitor staff performance * Plan and organize daily operations * Recruit staff * Set staff work schedules * Supervise staff * Train staff * Organize and maintain inventory * Ensure health and safety regulations are followed * Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies * Leading/instructing individuals * Address customers' complaints or concerns * Provide customer service *Supervision* * 3-4 people *CredentialsCertificates, licences, memberships, and courses * * Smart Serve * Safe Food Handling certificate *Additional informationWork conditions and physical capabilities* * Fast-paced environment * Work under pressure *Personal suitability* * Dependability * Organized * Team player Pay: $36.92 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week Work Location: In person- Location Minden, ON
