We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong background in Aesthetic Services and strong customer service. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients. *Responsibilities:* * Provide expert advice on beauty services and products * Conduct in-depth consultations and recommend customized treatment plans * Educate clients on non-invasive laser treatments and wellness treatments * Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls * Build strong, trusting relationships with clients * Educate clients on services, treatment options, and expected outcomes * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets * Follow up with leads and maintain an organized client pipeline * Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience * Maintain detailed and accurate client records *Qualifications* * Proven sales experience (aesthetic/medical industry preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness * Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets * Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales confidently * Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor *Skills:* * Minimum 3 years of Aesthetic sales experience * Fair knowledge of laser and aesthetic services- Strong knowledge of Botox injections and dermal filler treatments- Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication skills *What we offer:* * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunities for career growth * Supportive and dynamic team environment * Access to treatments and staff perks *Compensation:* *$24-$26/hour plus 10% commission sales which would equate to $120,000 - $130,000* Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Application question(s): * Do you have direct Aesthetic Sales Experience in a clinical setting?
