*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, quality, and durability in every project. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship and construction who thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. * Construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements using wood, concrete forms, drywall, siding, and other materials. * Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks with precision. * Perform concrete finishing and forming to create durable foundations and structures. * Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes according to project specifications. * Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or fixtures. * Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to support various phases of construction projects. * Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times. *Skills* * Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, concrete forming, drywall installation, siding application, and concrete finishing. * Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently. * Familiarity with the use of heavy machinery for construction purposes. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in executing complex plans. * Construction experience across residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.
