Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Day Program Disability Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This position provides an opportunity to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in developing daily life skills, building independence, working towards personal goals, and participating in meaningful activities within the program and community. This position is temporary until January 2027. At the end of the temporary term, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to remain employed with Gravelbourg Bon Ami as a casual employee. This opportunity also allows the successful applicant to build seniority with the Agency and potentially apply for future internal job opportunities as they become available. Key Responsibilities:Assist participants with activities of daily living and independence.Support the implementation of Person-Centered PlansAssist with planning and delivering meaningful program activitiesEncourage participation in the communityProvide instruction, guidance and support based on individual needsMaintain a clean, organized and safe program environmentProvide relief support in other areas of the Agency as required Qualifications/Requirements:Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's LicenseFirst Aid & CPR CertificationAbility to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writingAbility to work as part of a team Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. thanks all applicants for their interest.
