<p>Hello, <br> <br>My name is Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in engineering, manufacturing and industrial positions. <br> <br>We are currently partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing organization known for producing high-precision components for demanding aerospace programs. As the company continues to introduce new products and expand its operations, we are looking for a Methods Agent to support manufacturing integration and process development activities.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>As part of the New Product Introduction team, you will act as a key link between engineering and production, ensuring new components are successfully integrated into manufacturing operations. <br> <br>You will be responsible for developing manufacturing routings and work instructions, conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements, and supporting production teams during product launches. <br> <br>Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain and production teams, you will help resolve manufacturing challenges, improve processes and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. <br> <br>You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support quality audits, maintain technical documentation and participate in problem-solving activities aimed at improving efficiency, quality and manufacturability.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your Profile: <br>DEC, College Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering <br>Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment <br>Experience in manufacturing methods, industrialization, quality or new product introduction <br>Strong CATIA skills (required) <br>AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge considered an asset <br>Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) <br>Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation <br>Knowledge of aerospace standards and FAI processes is a strong asset <br>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities <br>Organized, autonomous and detail-oriented <br>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment <br>French required, English considered an asset <br> <br>Additional assets include: <br>Tooling design experience <br>3D printing and programming knowledge <br>Machining, tube bending, TIG welding or MasterCam exposure <br>Aerospace manufacturing experience <br> <br>Working Conditions: <br>Permanent full-time position <br>Day shift schedule <br>High-tech manufacturing environment <br>Exposure to new product development projects <br>Collaborative multidisciplinary teams <br>Growth and career development opportunities <br>Continuous improvement culture <br>Competitive compensation based on experience <br> <br>If you enjoy bridging engineering and manufacturing while contributing to the successful launch of new products, this opportunity could be an excellent next step in your career. <br> <br>We look forward to speaking with you.</p> <br><br>- Location Mirabel, QC
