*Job Title:* Industrial Spray Painter ? Custom Fans & Blowers We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various materials using a spray gun. The Spray Painter must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary * Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun * Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs * Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary * Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment * Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear * Operate overhead crane and forklift in a safe and responsible manner * Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role * Knowledge of painting techniques and materials * Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills * Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience painting HVAC components, heavy equipment, or fabricated metal parts * Familiarity with industrial surface prep techniques Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Paid time off * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location Mississauga, ON
